Fred Skaggs is a State Certified Appraiser in the State of Texas. He began his career in the real estate industry in 1983 as a Property Manager. He has completed the following real estate courses: Appraisal Principles, Real Estate Principles, Property Management, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Math, USPAP and MCE. He is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors. In addition, he has completed more than 2,000 residential appraisals in his appraisal career.
